Terms & Conditions
These terms set the rules for using dumpsterpartner.com and for renting a dumpster through Dumpster Partner.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms set the conditions for accessing dumpsterpartner.com (the "Site") and using the dumpster rental services offered by Dumpster Partner ("we," "us," or "our"). Browsing the Site or requesting a rental means you accept these Terms; if that's not something you're comfortable with, please skip using the Site or our Services.
2. Our Services
Dumpster Partner provides dumpster rentals to residential and commercial customers throughout the areas we serve. The Site shares details on container sizes, service coverage, and the kinds of projects we support. Every booking, quote, and rate is finalized by phone — the Site is for information only and doesn't handle orders or payments.
Container size, dimension, and capacity details on the Site are meant as general guidance only. Exact specs and availability are confirmed when you call to book.
3. Eligibility
To request our Services, you need to be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Requesting a rental confirms you meet these conditions and that the information you've given us is accurate.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is quoted over the phone based on your specific project. An estimate isn't final until Dumpster Partner confirms it. The quoted price reflects what's discussed at booking; additional charges can apply for going over agreed weight limits, including prohibited materials, keeping the container longer than planned, relocating it, or placing it somewhere hard to access — all of which will be explained when you book.
5. Rental Terms and Customer Responsibilities
Renting a container from us means agreeing to the following, along with anything else discussed at booking:
- Placement. It's on you to provide a safe, legal, and reachable spot for the container, along with any permits needed to place it on a public street or right-of-way.
- Prohibited materials. Hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, wet paint, fuel, oil, tires, batteries, refrigerant-containing appliances, electronics, asbestos, and other regulated items aren't allowed in the container.
- Weight limits. Keep your load within the agreed weight limit and below the container's top rim. Going over on weight or fill level can mean extra charges or partial unloading.
- Property and surfaces. We handle placement carefully, but setting down a container and maneuvering the delivery vehicle does carry some risk to driveways and other surfaces — you're accepting that risk for the location you choose.
- Rental period. The container needs to be ready for pickup once the agreed rental period ends. Need more time? Extensions can be arranged, though additional charges may apply.
6. Acceptable Use of the Site
Misusing the Site isn't allowed — that includes trying to access it or its systems without authorization, disrupting how it runs, scraping data through automated means without our permission, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is either owned by or licensed to Dumpster Partner and protected under intellectual property law. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or building derivative works from the Site requires our written permission first, though you're welcome to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use while considering our Services.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and everything on it is offered "as is" and "as available," without any warranties — express or implied — including those around merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We can't guarantee the Site will run without interruption, be free of errors or harmful components, or that its content is always complete or current.
9. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Dumpster Partner along with its owners, staff, and agents won't be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue, stemming from your use of the Site or trust in its content. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't permit that limitation.
10. Indemnification
You agree to cover and protect Dumpster Partner against claims, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — that arise from misusing the Site, breaking these Terms, or violating any law or someone else's rights.
11. Third-Party Links
For convenience, the Site may include links to outside websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices — and linking to one doesn't mean we endorse it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, regardless of conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes tied to these Terms or the Site fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Iowa.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised periodically, with the "Last updated" date reflecting any changes. Continuing to use the Site after an update means accepting the revised version.
