Frequently Asked Questions
How much does dumpster rental cost?
Every quote comes straight from a phone call, so you know the price before anything is scheduled. What you pay depends mainly on the container size and the type of debris involved. Reach Dumpster Partner at (855) 404-7242 for a complete price that covers drop-off, pickup, and disposal — no surprise charges added later.
Which dumpster size fits my project?
A 15-yard container handles smaller jobs well, think garage cleanouts, modest remodels, or a yard full of landscaping debris. For bigger renovations, roof tear-offs, or major cleanouts, the 20-yard option gives you more room to work with. Not sure which one? Call (855) 404-7242 and we'll help you match the container to the job.
How many days do I get to use the dumpster?
Each rental comes with 7 days as standard, enough time to finish most projects without watching the clock. Need more time? Just get in touch and we'll talk through options for extending your rental.
What am I allowed to throw in the dumpster?
General household junk, furniture, appliances, construction debris, and yard waste are all fair game. Hazardous items are off-limits — that includes chemicals, paint, batteries, tires, and any liquids. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us before you toss it in.
How fast can a dumpster show up at my place?
Call before noon on a weekday and there's a good chance we can deliver that same day. Planning for a weekend drop-off? Get your order in by Thursday to lock in availability. We aim to have your container there when your schedule needs it.
Where should the dumpster go on my property?
A driveway, a spot on the street where it's allowed, or another accessible area on your property all work fine for us. A flat, solid surface with a clear approach makes delivery smoothest. We're happy to talk through the best spot for your situation.
Will I need a permit to have a dumpster on-site?
Keeping the container on your own driveway or yard usually doesn't require any paperwork. Placing it on a public street or right-of-way is a different story — your city may ask for a permit first. We can point you toward what your local rules require.
Is there a weight limit on the dumpsters?
The 15-yard container tops out at 3 tons, while the 20-yard holds up to 4 tons. Dense materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles fill that limit faster than you'd expect, so mention it when you book if that's what you're hauling.
How much clearance does the delivery truck need?
Give us about 60 feet of length and 10.5 feet of width to work with. That space lets the truck line up and set the container down safely, with enough room left to maneuver.
Can businesses and property managers rent from you too?
Absolutely. Dumpster Partner works with contractors, business owners, property managers, and homeowners alike, and we build scheduling around what works for your project.
